Author Guidelines

The submission will have two phases:

1 - submission of an abstract - download the instructions

2 - submission of the final paper.

Both the abstract and the final paper will be peer-reviewed.

1 - Submitting the abstract

The abstract should be submitted online, using the online submission system. Additional files may be uploaded (using also the online submission system), but are not mandatory. There are no formatting instruction for the abstract, since it is simple text.

The abstract should contain at least the following:

- methods and equipment used
- expected results.

Based on the abstract, the scientiffic committee will decide to invite the author to submit the final paper, or not.

2 - Submitting the final paper

The accepted format is Microsoft Word (doc or docx).

Please download the Instructions for writing your final paper here.

A template to be used with Microsoft Word, starting with ver. 2010, is available here. See also the instructions for using the Word template.

For more information, please consult also the guidelines on the Springer website, here.

For that, the author must download, fill and sign in the Consent to Publish document (which will be available soon), then upload the signed document as supplementary file for each paper submitted. In case the paper includes any picture, table or results taken from the work of others, the author should obtain the written permission from the author of the respective paper, using the "permission request form" (will be also available soon).

Please check the website regularly for updates related to Copyright.
